This is a 1982 Shirley Temple Classic Doll by Ideal (12"). I've seen this doll in other dresses but not this one. I'm just wondering if this is an unusual dress or if I'm not looking hard enough.

The early '80s Ideal Collectors dolls came in two series. Your "Stand Up and Cheer" doll was one of six dolls: Little Colonel, Captain January, Littlest Rebel, Stowaway, Heidi, and Stand Up and Cheer. There was also a second series consisting of: Little Miss Marker, Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, Dimples, Susannah of the Mounties, Poor Little Rich Girl and Wee Willie Winkie.
