One of eight 4 oz. glasses I inherited. I do not anything about them.

I suspect these fine little glasses are pre-WWII in vintage. I also wonder if they are cut crystal (because there are no mold seams). I would like to know much more about them. If you can offer expert advice on who made them, when and where, I would appreciate it very much.
