Looks like an Eames lounge chair by Herman Miller Co. to me ~ is there no label on it?

      They still make that style:

We couldnot find any info on chair -it looks like a Eames but its not the arms are not the same and there are screws holding the head rest in back and Eames doesnot have screws. Having a hard time finding one like mine

It looks like a Plycraft lounge chair. They're pretty desirable and I'd guess that with a little cleaning/touch-up you could get close to what you paid for it.
