My name is Tefik i'm from Kosovo i have come accross what i think is a valuable item, it is a silver plate with hall marks and stamps, it weights 460 grams, i have no idea whose stamps those are but i think it's valuable, i would like you to take a look at it and hopefuly with your expertise you could provide me with some informations like the year and family it or kingdom it belonged to, Thanks
