I bought this the other day because I loved it, I can't really find out much information about it besides the artist info...It is on a smooth board, and the picture itself is very smooth. I saw one on ebay and I sent the guy a msg asking about his and he never responded. Any information from the experts out there would be fantastic!!!
I am still looking for information on this, if anyone has any!
It appears to be a modern decorator piece: the uniform and created crackle in the white paint, the frame with metal corner pieces, and cheaply made "brass" plaque at the bottom; all scream modern.
A photo of the back may help to add some insight.
