Date mark for 1929. Impressed 6101. The fluted bulbous vessel applied with a rose matt glaze graduated moss green cascading from the top of vase. . Height 4 3/4".
I grew up in Cincinnati, OH hometown of the Rookwood pottery. While never going to the actual pottery while it was working. I did eat in the kilns when they made it into a restaurant.
We just bought this at an auction today.
