From what I researched these are rare to find complete.. Issued to Navy Pilots during WWII. I purchased a bag full of stuff at auction and found this in the bottom..

The spit and gaff set come from a WW2 C-1 survival vest, and the empty flask is either from a E-17 or E-3 "personal aids" survival kit. Both items can be found on Ebay, with the spit and gaff set in the $30 to $40 range, while the empty flask is in the $20 to $30 range. The complete flask kit would run in the $100 to $150 range on Ebay.
