My Rolex Lighter needs a flint. Where to buy?

Hi everybody!

A few years ago, I bought a vintage Rolex Japan lighter at a second hand store, it looked brand new but it lacks its flint.

Could anybody tell me were to buy some? Or will the common "Zippo"-ones fit?
