I have inherited a console stereo and would like more information. It was manufactured in West Germany and has the wording MAG.BAND on the front. I believe it is from early 1960s. Working Vinyl Record Player. If anyone has any information as to the value, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.

This unit has the exact same cabinet as my mothers that she bought in Germany 56 years ago. Hers is a Telefunken Kuba 56s, has Ham radio band as well as radio, and works perfectly today just like 56 years ago. If you look on the back panel you should be able to find more information, next to the antenna plug.

Claytjf: I have one of those Mag.band stereos but it is missing a tube. Can you tell me all tubes numbers yours have? torrespedroa@yahoo.com
      Thanks
Note: Missing tube is the one on right looking from back of amplifier

Basa: If you still have the Mag.Band stereo, can you tell me missing tube number on mine? It is the one that goes on right side of the stereo, looking from back of amplifier. Thanks you both for any help. torrespedroa@yahoo.com
