You're looking at a Masudaya Brochure. Japan's oldest Toy company's, (1724), brochure that was placed in their Retro- Toys sold through the 1990's. The toy is this Rocket Racer where I found this brochure. These were Masudaya's retro re-makes of all of their 50's and 60's tin Robots and other Space Toys.
