To be honest, the pictures aren't great, but this looks to me like a beaded 1920s dress. It could also be a costume, or a later copy, but it looks right to me.
Do not store this on the hanger, the weight of the beads will cause damage. Store it in a box (preferably an acid-free one) in a dark, temperature-controlled place (i.e., not the basement, garage, or attic.) And it's likely to be silk, so beware of moths.
