Just acquired this at an Estate Sale. Talking with another "Lamp" person we both believe it is an early Whale Oil Lamp. The turned Acorn style cap fits both over the burner and also on the back where there are a pair of Brass "tweezers" inside that pull out. Unique, anyone seen one of these before? Any particular name for it or maker? Thanks!
