Handpainted Made In Italy Plate

I just recently purchased this wonderful plate at an antique show. It measure 9 5/8 inches long by 8 1/4 inches wide. It is a very vibrant aqua/teal with the design of a goat done in black. The backing on the plate is a bright crimson red felt type material that is made to fit the bak of the plate. The best I can described it as is, a protective coating. There is a small gold foil sticker on the bottom front of the plate that simply reads, "Handpainted", and under that it reads, "Made in Italy". I have never seen this type of glass, with this tpe of handpainting, or a backing such as this. If anyone can help me with a maker and/or artist who does these designs, please let me know who it is. I would like to find a few more pieces of this glass. Thank You.
