These two are hand drawn billboard samples drawn and signed by Russell May.Russell May had an advertising company and drew these in the late 1950's. My father W.G.Tackett picked them up and took them to "Big Jim Haslam" for approval. Sail Oil company put billboards on each side of their stations and these were samples. My father put them away after SAIL OIL sold out to DIRECT OIL CO. Daddy kept them all those years stuck away in a desk.
