something my Dad had for years and now I have. My Grandparents owned their own little "Mom & Pop" corner grocery store their entire life. This came from the store they had. I can not locate another one anywhere or anything at all pertaining to coca-cola whetstones. I know this can not be the only one in existence.
I would think that this is just a coke advertisement piece much like an icepick with a handle that reads Coca-Cola. Still I would say this tool is fairly rare.
