Does anyone know who is on this cordial glass or anything about this?

I bought a set of 6 amethyst cordial glasses at an auction. I am trying to find out the value of these. Does anyone know anything about these glasses? They are really beautiful with gold etching on them. How do I know if they are Moser?

The portrait is Shah Nasir al-Din of Iran or Persia as it was called then. He ruled 1848-1896.

The portrait is that of an eastern European soldier (of a mounted corps), probably Hungarian. I wish I could provide a source, but it escapes me at the moment. I see several of these portrait glass objects for sale every year.
