The parrot bird is awesome! Sorry i don't know what they are.
It's hard to tell without seeing more photos of varied sides, the parrot could be a 'pie bird' if there's a hole near the top and bottom to let steam thru?!
Look up Royal Copley...the bird may be that. The green vase looks like some USA pottery that I have. Good luck!!
