The inlay is brass and the paint is lacquer .... I can't wait to dress it!. Do any of you dedicated rocking chair enthusiasts, know anything more about it . I think it is eastern european with indian/English 60's folk influences in the paint work. ...... Well they need to have stories invented at lest.
