Posting for a friend. She was gifted this from her two aunts, who where in their nineties. It is hard paste china, very translucent. The saucer only measures aprox 3-1/2 inches diameter. Would like to learn a bit about it.

I am trying to figure out the pottery mark. I tried to zoom in but still can't see it too clear. Anyway you could post a closer image of the pottery mark? Thanks....
