My husband and I think this is a set of lights for maybe an old schwinn bicycle. They say Delta on the lens. Can you give me any information or some what of a value? Thanks so much for your time.

Not sure on value but they are indeed Delta Roadlighter headlights for Schwinn. I would say 1948.
These lights with this bracket came off of a late 1930s Hawthorne Zep deluxe model and were used on other things, but not on Schwinn- at least not as they are here in your pics. These were out of production by 1948.
