Very old kings head rocker with hand made nails

I am trying to get some information on this very unique rocker. I was told it is over 100 years old if not 150 years old or more. I am doing research for a lady I care for and it was given to her mother over 40 years ago by a women whose last name was DeKemp who came from a very wealthy family in Europe. She is terminally ill and would love to maybe pass it along if she finds out a little more about it or its value.
