Wondering what this is and what value it might have. Was purchased in the mid 60's for $300. It's carved and evidentially Oriental. Any ideas?

    Thanks for the information. I've been hoping someone might have a clue or at least point me in some direction. I'll do some more research, but if you think of anything else, please let me know.

    I realize I'm a bit late, but this is the only thing I've found when looking for information on a dry bar that shares those etches. This one is less shiny, more rounded edges, with a basic border carved around the images. It has a plate in it that reads, "Ta Chung Furniture & Souvenir Co." "Free China" with a globe between the two words. "No.30 Chung Shan 2 Road KeeLung Taiwan." With what I can only assume is the same things written in Taiwanese or Chinese.
