Can you tell me anything about this lamp?

This lamp belonged to a friend of my mothers family. They lived in Rushmore Minnesota and my mother remembers seeing it in the farm house in the 50's. My mother believes it belonged to the friends mother before they obtained it. The shade is a pressed metal with long tubular glass hanging from it. Any information is appreactiated.
