A John S Fray brace that was in a box of junk that I bought at a garage sale yrs ago "can't even remember what it cost, not much knowing me" the handle is split hence the masking tape on it, the metal rings on it are also split, says on it no 112 or 11s I can't quite make it out. the part in the jaws looks like a home made adapter for holding a small drill bit about 3/16 in dia non adjustable.
