    I got this picture and another just like it at a yard sale of a collector, their kids didn't know anything about them. I Thought it was a cool piece and picked it up for pretty cheap. Would love to hear any ideas people may have. Maybe what it may be worth. The Name on the left hand side says Robert Van Allen.

      Looks like he was pretty popular in the 70s. I just googled his name then popped onto Etsy. I randomly picked one post:
