....been in a box in the garage way too long...gotta do something with it.
It looks like it has been painted in the past..it is all straight tin...no flaws or serious rust...the paint is faded and flaking. The tires are good and the steering works, as does the blade
....Should this item be cleaned, stripped and painted, that is, restored or should it be left in it's as is condition, as far as dollar value might be determined for some future event.
