I purchased this angel yesterday at an estate sale. I recall seeing pieces like this at my grandmothers. Is is paper mache, when was it made and who was the maker? I just got into collecting and am having a hard time finding it. Thank you.

Hi it looks like a light weight plaster ? paper mache is very very light weight like holding a piece a wadded paper vs a little more weight plaster ? hard to tell without holding it .

This angel is 14" tall and weighs 4 oz. What do you think?
