year produced
it is in really good condition and has a 1/2 circle steering wheel with no runner on it

It is a 1963 or 1965 (check the casting below the seat,it will have a 63 or a 65)It is a model 20 made by Ertl,go to ebay to find a value.As far as the front wheels and steering wheel they are wrong!See my 20 posted in my posts to see an older correct restoration.Hope this helps!

gargoylecollector is 100% correct. Your tractor appears to have been repainted as well. Correct parts and decals are available.
