    early watercolor 15 inch X 18 inch in gold victorian frame. this lovely lady is wearing nice victorian clothing and hairstyle of her time. 1900's. very ornate. I enjoy vintage art. Discovered in Phonecia NY area. What time zone and who is it really ?
