    just wanted to shared my find today.picked this up at a garage sale for a few bucks.not sure what year it is so if anyone can shed some light on when this thing was manufactured it would be appreciated. its made by Matson in 24k gold plating or gilded brass
    has beveled glass, with floral designs.

      Nice find. I found one very similar for $10.00. The one I have is a 1930 Filigree Ormolu Hinged Jewelry Casket with Hand Painted Emblem and Bevel Glass.
