This book is in TERRIBLE condition, but it contains all of the notorious photographs of the shooting and the funeral of President John F. Kennedy.
One of the most remarkable photos that I found in the book, fourth above, is of Kennedy's casket with President Eisenhower and Truman behind it - really incredible!!

I have been searching and searching. There is no publishing date, copyright date, etc. It lists the publisher as Grand Rapids Press, Grand Rapids, MI, but no date. I don't understand why there wouldn't be, but there's not - sorry.
