Mystery Lamp

Hello,

Can someone recognize this antique lamp. My husband bought this lamp from his aunt he was 18 years old and the aunt said it was 50 years old. My husband just turn 60 years old recently. It's originaly white pottery my husband put a water base color on it. I hope there is someone out there that knows the maker of this lamp. My husband's aunt is from Ontario area.
