Sterling Silver Salt Spoon by International Silver Co., Westover Pattern

Very tiny, light spoon meant for scooping salt. Or maybe mustard? Either way, I first thought it was a Tiffany spoon. Misreading the I for a T. However, this is in fact made by the International Silver Co. What fooled me was the actual hallmark. The famous website: http://www.925-1000.com/, does not even have it listed for ISCo.'s sterling hallmarks. Unless I missed it, maybe someone can prove me wrong.
