This is a Georgian decanter circa. 1800. It has two pulley rings on the body , two annulated neck rings and a bullseye stopper.
A nice decanter, pulley ring decanters are quite rare, I have only seen 2 in real life, and I own one of them.
I have never seen one. Thank you for sharing this one with us!
