WWI US Soldier on Horse back 2" X 3" snap shot 1918

Nice snap shot of a US Army soldier on horse back. Wearing an over coat, over seas cap, duty belt with .45 holster. His tall lace up boots lead me to believe that this young man is an Officer. Back of photo reads:
" This is a picture of Fred taken in Germany in 1918...."

I enjoy ANY US Army soldier on horseback, as it is the end of an era with mounted Cavalry......
