Glazed, Small and Pretty find... new, vintage or old?

I bought this for £3.95 worth every penny! It's so delicate and pretty, I love it!

Height: 15 cm Rim: 8 cm

The base of this item is showing signs of ware, but no markings. Any idea's ?
