early 60's washer fluid bottles

These are early 60's General Motors windshield washer fluid bottles,they mounted under the hood of the car and were meant to be mixed with water in the washer reservoir ,kinda strange having a glass bottle under the hood.The first is a 1961 and the 2nd is a 1963 or 64 if I remember right.
