looks like Aushong 1932T
was removed from an old frame - nothing on back

The "Asushone, T" is most likely the studio or photographer. I am not sure of location and "1932" is the year taken.
Good luck with further research.

On looking again its Bushong 1932T
I would go with your first interpretation-- the lead letter looks like an "A" to me.
