Large Turquoise Bowl

This high-gloss bowl appears to be unsigned. There might be a signature under the high-gloss glaze, but there's no way to make it out. The two white bands around it are either unglazed or glazed w/ a matte finish. The bowl is 12" across and a little over 5" tall. Does anyone recognize the maker or age?
