celadon sake bottle

hi cw I recently bought this celadon bottle. when I first got it, the bottle had a cork stuck in it so when I got it home I tried using a corkscrew to get the cork out but I only succeeded in breaking the cork :( it was really stuck in the bottle so I ran some warm water over it and kept pulling till it finally came out. the cork had some red dried wine staining and it had a faint smell of wine so I am guessing this is a saki bottle but I am not sure if it is Chinese or Japanese.
I like to collect celadon items and most of the items I have are either Chinese or Japanese.
This bottle has lots of writing on it but I don't know what it says and I am hoping someone on CW will know what it says and can tell me its origin.
