I believe these to be made in France. The LaMerced is a nunnery in France & this is were they are hand made by the Nun's. I just liked it at the time. Age wise I think they are from about 1950's then I can be so totally wrong in the age as for were they were made in my search about the nunnery is all I could really find. At least I can say there isn't to many around.
