These were also from my husband's grandmother: Maria Fischer in Ludenshcheitt, Germany. They are Rose Shears - silverplate with a lovely pattern of rosebuds on each handle. The red interior of the shears is interesting, too. No idea where they were made or what their history is!
Anyone seen anything like these before? They are elegant but not very ornate.
