I found this in the back of a cupboard at my neighbours house.
Other then what it say on the label, I can find no other information on it.

Just BING'd barley wine & it is an ale running 9-12% alcohol. Strong stuff! 12% is just about the top of the scale attainable by fermentation. There appear to be many brands although I have never heard of it.
I was wondering if anyone knew about this bottle in particular bottle! There is no volume for content, no sign of a bar code anywhere; as I would expect from a bottle that is 36 years old...
