Red Moriage Teapot - from England?

In a collection of items from my in-laws is this teapot. In attempts to find more about the design and what it could be worth, all I have been able to ascertain is that it is most likely Red Moriage ware. However, if that is the case, the only items that resemble this teapot are from Japan. This one is clearly marked "England" and "411" on the bottom.
