Old Ceramic Swan Lamp

I found this in a box I got at a yard sale, and to be honest I have no clue what to do with it. I would like to sale it but it EXCEEDINGLY fragile due to all the open feathers. The second picture show one of the many hairline fractures. It's a beautiful piece, and looks amazing when lit with all of the light coming out of the feathers.
