This is a first and only printing of this original card. It measures 5" x 7" . The concert that this card promoted was August 24-27, 1967 at Chet Helm's Family Dog, Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco, CA. The feature performers were Big Brother and the Holding Company, Bo Diddley, Bukka White, Salvation Army Banned, and the North American Ibis Alchemical Co. Artwork was done by Bob Fried.
