Fil Mottola oil painting

I wish C.W. had an oil painting category. This fisherman's wharf oil painting appears to have the signature Mottola on it. I have tried to research it and have found similar paintings by Fil Mottola, but this one is a bit more muddy in color than other examples of his work. Maybe one of my C.W. friends could check his paintings out and tell me what you think.
