    i have seen these antique lampshade hanging from the ceiling of one of my friends house...i do not know what it is called? they say it is almost 100 years of age...any idea about its make and origin country...thanks

      looks like an old oil lamp.... beautiful.... maybe from 1800's..

      it is an indian lamp a copy of the antiques ones which were in opaline . They are hand painted in india , and the paintings does not last a life time
