Very lovely and detailed! Depending on the size of the brooch ...a pin is smaller and sometimes delicate. Usually a pin is under an inche. And you have fleur de lis along with lovely intricate and timeless detailing. I believe the stones are Garnets or Czech Glass. Is it Silver or ?

It looks to be silver...if its not hallmarked maybe lower grade like 800 European. It looks to me that it looks well made. Sometimes the stamp is on the hook of the pin. Or on the bar.. Hope that helps...I Amin the antique jewelry business. Take a look at my postings:)). Ask away if you have more questions
