I found this water cooler for 20.00 at a junk shop. It has the crown mark and a 2 for 2 gallons. On the bottom it is marked USA and Roseville Ohio.

Most likely Robinson Ransbottom (RPP) of Roseville OH (not to be confused with Roseville pottery). Also referred to as Blue Crown or Crown. It looks like your cooler has a lid, but the color appears a little different, may not be original? If you google Robinson Ransbottom water cooler or Crown stoneware water cooler you'll see a number of examples of what the original lids looked like. Nice crock.
